Careers
We are interested in practical people who take pride in tidy work, turn up when expected and are comfortable working outdoors around homes and rural properties across Galway. Septic experience is useful for some roles, but attitude, reliability and good site awareness matter just as much.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing septic tank services properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in septic tank services or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
Roles We Hire For
We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.
Groundworks Operative
Work alongside the site team on septic tank installations, replacements, excavation, pipework and reinstatement across Galway. The role suits somebody comfortable with physical outdoor work who understands that a customer's garden or yard still needs to be treated with care.

- Comfortable working safely around excavation and machinery.
- Reliable, practical and able to follow site instructions.
- Able to work respectfully on occupied residential properties.
Benefits

- Able to work closely with ground staff and follow agreed excavation plans.
- A careful approach to gardens, driveways, walls and property access.
Benefits

- Supportive small-team environment.
- Opportunities to develop wastewater installation experience.
Drainage and Septic Technician
Help investigate septic and drainage problems, carry out agreed repairs and support replacement or upgrade projects. This role is suited to somebody who enjoys fault-finding as much as installation work.
Qualifications
- Experience with drainage, pipework, septic systems or related groundwork is preferred.
- Practical problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable explaining basic findings clearly to customers.
- Willing to work outdoors in changing conditions.
Benefits
- Mixture of investigation, repair and installation work.

Help customers describe their septic problem, collect useful site and access information, organise bookings and keep communication clear between customers and the field team.
Qualifications
- Clear and friendly telephone and written communication.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning basic septic and wastewater terminology.
- Able to manage changing schedules calmly and practically.
Benefits
- Local Galway-focused customer work.
- Close contact with a small operational team.
