Our team is small enough to stay close to every job. The people arranging the work and the people carrying it out speak to each other directly, which helps keep site details from getting lost.
Padraig grew up outside Claregalway and spent more than a decade around drainage, excavation and rural groundworks before starting Septic Tanks Galway. He enjoys the problem-solving side of older properties, particularly jobs where the original septic layout has been changed or partly forgotten over the years.
Aoife is from Spiddal and handles customer enquiries, scheduling details and the practical information the site team needs before arriving. Outside work she is happiest walking the coast west of Galway and has a habit of remembering customers by the road, townland or landmark near their property.
Martin is from Athenry and works on excavation, tank positioning, pipework access and site reinstatement. He grew up around machinery and still spends much of his free time helping with local hurling and maintaining equipment for family and friends.
We start with the basics: what is happening, where the property is, what is known about the existing system and how accessible the site is. That information helps us decide whether the next step should be routine maintenance, investigation, repair or a larger project.
On site, Padraig and Martin focus on the practical sequence of the work while Aoife keeps customer communication and scheduling organised. If something changes once the ground is opened, we explain it rather than quietly changing the scope. The goal is a job that makes sense both below ground and to the person paying for it.
